Emperor Group Centre

The Emperor Group Centre is the headquarters of the Emperor Group in Mainland China. It is located in Yong'anli, a prime location in the central business district of Chang'an Street. The project covers an area of about 100,000 ㎡ and is 120 m of height, Designed by Gensler, the standard floor has a net floor-to-ceiling height of about 3.05 m, and encompass a column-free open space design.Its commercial operations include international high-end jewelry and watches, as well as elite restaurants. Responding to the government’s call to meet the diverse needs of consumers, the Group successfully introduced several "first-store economy" brands. As an influential brand, the Emperor Group Centre also seeks to continuously encourage and empower regional consumer brands.
The Emperor Group Centre in Beijing has been awarded the honour of "6-Star Super A-level Building" and the "China Golden Landmark Award for Office Buildings" by the Beijing Central Business District Administration Committee. Moreover, it has earned the Platinum certification under the LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance (Existing Buildings) standards issued by the U.S. Green Building Council, marking it as a world-class commercial building.
