Recently, Emperor Group Centre conducted its annual fire drill, reinforcing a strong “firewall” for safety.

In the realm of safety management, there is only a starting point, never a finish line. Emperor Group Centre is dedicated to the continuous enhancement of its long-term safety management mechanisms, addressing every detail meticulously to ensure the safety of tenants and their property within the building. This year, around 270 participants—including property management staff, office tenants, retailers, and owner representatives—took part in the drill. With scientifically designed emergency evacuation routes and procedures, the event thoroughly covered aspects such as fire alarms and participant engagement.

Emperor Group Centre invited local firefighters to demonstrate the proper use of various fire safety equipment. After the practical fire drill, The Centre representatives provided an in-depth briefing on the causes of fire, preventive measures, and initial firefighting techniques. Participants also engaged in hands-on training with fire extinguishers, experienced smoke and heat escape scenarios, and took part in an interactive quiz on safety knowledge. This heightened tenant involvement and significantly improved their emergency response skills and escape techniques.
