Emperor Group Centre's World "No Tobacco Day" was a Success

On 31 May 2024, the 37th World No Tabacco Day, the theme was “Together for a Smoke-Free Environment”. It emphasises that the joint efforts of the community could create a smoke-free environment for the sake of public health.

On this special day, Emperor Group Centre held a no-smoking event to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and actively support quitting. Participants who disposed of tobacco in designated boxes received a commemorative gift. This gift symbolised Emperor Group Centre’s encouragement for those embracing a smoke-free, healthier lifestyle.

The success of the event highlighted the Centre's commitment to public health and corporate social responsibility. Through this initiative, the Centre hopes to inspire more people to adopt environmentally friendly lifestyles and contribute to a smoke-free, healthier, and harmonious society.

As the headquarters of Emperor Group in mainland China, Emperor Group Centre is a flagship project that consistently implements eco-friendly measures and promotes sustainable development. It actively responded to and participated in the “Social Organisations Tobacco Control Initiative” launched by the China Charity Alliance and the Yao Foundation, signing the “Social Organisations Tobacco Control Proposal”, which urges tenants and consumers to embrace nature, avoid tobacco, and create a green home together.

In the future, Emperor Group Centre will continue its commitment to environmental sustainability by exploring and implementing innovative eco-friendly practices. It looks forward to collaborating with more partners to drive sustainable development and contribute to a better planet.
